The Lady is a Vamp

Well, I’ve officially purchased the domain and started work on my next project, www.jetsetginger.com ! It’s something that I’ve been meaning to do for literally years now, but it took the encouragement of my super cool husband for me to finally bite the bullet and get it started.

Admittedly, this is a very intimidating project for me. I’ve never started up my own site before, so right now I kind of feel like my dad trying to figure out Facebook. I find myself having to Google every aspect of setting things up, and the smallest thing seems to take up a whole night’s worth of work. I really wish it would just magically be ready so I could focus on my actual blog and sections of the site, but I understand part of this whole process is creating it myself so I actually get how everything works. *sigh* 

It is exciting though. It’s sort of a culmination of everything I’ve been passionate about for the last few years, and I have BIG plans for the site/blog in the coming months… but I’ll focus on getting things up and running before I talk any more about that.  :) 

I do feel like this is the next chapter. I’ve had all of these ideas fluttering around inside my head, and it’s time to stop just thinking about them and actually put them out there. So be on the lookout for updates on my site (and please follow my new Tumblr http://jetsetginger.tumblr.com/ ).
